How to schedule anything using the scheduler?

Accessing the scheduler on the LogIT PRO portal:

The scheduler can be accessed on the sidebar.

Click on the MENU icon on the top-right corner to activate the sidebar.

The scheduler is the main starting point for scheduling an event in your university or college.

Scheduling a CBME based activity/assessment using the scheduler:

The LogIT PRO scheduler comes pre-loaded with the entire CBME based curriculum for the Indian Medical Graduate programme. One can easily schedule a CBME curriculum based activity/assessment using the following steps:

Click on any cell/block on the scheduler's calendar that corresponds to the time and date slot that you want to create a schedule for..

Click to select the type of schedule you want to create.

On the LogIT PRO cloud portal, you can schedule different types of activities/assessments. Broadly, you can create a schedule for the following:

CBME based activity/assessment
Other activity
External Examination
Standalone assessment

Click to select the CBME based activity/assessment menu. This opens up the entry menu as shown below:

You have to enter the following details to successfully create a schedule:

Select the SUBJECT.
Select the a TOPIC/TOPICS as prescribed in the NMC's UG Curriculum document.
Select the COMPETENCY/COMPETENCIES as prescribed in the NMC's UG Curriculum document.
Click NEXT

5. Select the PARTICIPANTS (students & faculty member/s):

5.1 Select the GROUP/s (student group/s).

5.2 Select the TEACHING FACULTY.

6. Enter the DETAILS of the schedule you want to create:

6.1 Start DATE & TIME.

6.2 End DATE & TIME.

6.3 Select the TEACHING METHOD & ASSESSMENT METHOD as prescribed in the NMC's UG Curriculum.

6.4 Venue

On the LogIT PRO portal you can create both formative assessments and summative assessments.

Follow the steps to create a formative assessment.

Click here if you want to create a summative assessment.

7. Click on CREAT ASSESSMENT to create a formative assessment. This takes to you the TEST CENTRE.

7.1 Enter the AASSESSMENT NAME to start creating a formative assessment.

7.2 Enter the Start DATE & TIME.

7.3 Enter the End DATE & TIME.

7.4 Select the available questions on the platform (only MCQ and True & False)

For other types of question, please select the summative type of assessment. Click here to know how to set-up a summative assessment here.

7.5 Click on the QUESTION NUMBER to select the question. The selected questions will appear on the right side panel.

7.6 Click PROCEED to save the selection.

7.7 Click on CONFIRM AND SAVE to proceed.

7.8 Click CONFIRM ASSESSMENT to proceed.

7.9 Click ADD SCHEDULE to save this schedule.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to click the SAVE SCHEDULE/CHANGES button on the entry menu to ensure that the entries are saved on the LogIT PRO cloud portal.
